Institute denying to give certificate of the course completed

my institute is denying me to provide any certification for my course I completed, which was also delayed because of no proper faculty was available to teach. Now after submitting my showreel they are denying for certificates because they falsely blaming students for causing bad environment in institute. What should we students do now ? Please guide.
