Incorrect Ticket Issuance and Refund

MAK has taken money from customer and acknowledgement provided of Rs. 25,122 (Exhibit I) ,while the same ticket provided by Akbar Travels for Rs. 18,123 (Email dated 27-04-17 - Exhibit II) purchased by MAK with a variance value of Rs. 6,999 for A & B. For C ticket issued for Rs. 2,826. B & C are infants The same was processed for refund for A,B & C, Wherein there is disparity in Issuance and Refund amounts. As per records there has been no evidence clear to state the amount of Refund for A, B & C . Credit card used for payments. Refunded amount of Rs. 12,200 out of Rs. 25,122 - a deficit of Rs. 12,922.

As per the facts, you can issue a legal notice for the same to the said company for deficiency of service thereafter if there is no reply or solution to the same then you can approach Consumer Redressal Forum of your jurisdiction and file a complaint under section 2(1)(g) of Consumer Protection Act for deficiency in services, harassment and mental agony.
