I was cheated by mutual fin consultants Pvt Ltd.i was paid of 58466.im from Tamilnadu.but company address was mentioned as Punjab.but no one was in there address.im having there account number with IFSC code which I transferred money.these fraudsters are presently in delhi.i saw the company profile in facebook.one affected person posted on that page.i contacted him.he said to me.please go to consumer court .your money will be refunded in two weeks.
You can file a criminal case as fir against those frauds. You can also file a consumer court against that company and if the company is in punjab execution will be filed in punjab and directly file a consumer complaint in punjab..
