Under real estate act you can get your refund with interest back within specified time of 60 days. You can send them notice of refund if developers will not agree to compensate you can file civil case under tribunal.

This is certainly not a way you write on a lawyers' forum. You're nowhere near any broker's blog.

I understand that you're victim of fraud played by builders now-a-days, but you need to keep your calm to win any fight. Any lawyer working on commission basis is apparently a free to work lawyer who may experiment with your rights as a consumer. Once lost you may not be able to recover the loss. Be wise, choose wisely.

Dear sir plz send the detail of any terms and conditions of the agreement at the time of booking of flat, if there is negligence in the part of other party than you have right to file a complaint before the consumer court, no commission, advocates are not commission agent.

It is not clear in the question why the deal couldn't be finalized despite of booking the flat. The flat booking must be governed by some written agreement on which the conditions of transfer, payment period, hand over and other formalities are mentioned.

If that says so explicitly, then you have a strong case in hand. Otherwise also, courts are consumer pro, they won't let your money just stuck there.

For further professional advice, please hire a lawyer and don't delay, else your case will become weaker.
