I paid human resources company 5400 rupees as job joining fees which I didn't have invoice for but I have registration form copy with company and UPI payment proof of payment I paid. Can I lodge complaint against them? If yes how? I was offered a job of 8 hours but when I gone there to join they forced me to take 12 hours shift which I didn't want. Consultancy has policy to pay fees after selection before joining.
Yes you can file a complaint in court regarding youre situation
You can go for consumer court or regular criminal court regarding this scamed companys and file a complaint against them and recovery of youre money and as well as court expenses
