I bought gym equipment but not received any bill. What to do ?

3 years back. I have done gym investment in fitness equipment. But I didn't received any bills of the equipment I purchased. Also i have done bank transaction and cash. Equipments were of cheap quality. Now gym is closed but I deal my memories with frustration. How should I move forward?
I would like to have more information on this matter since I feel a host of info you have shared is neither possible to understand nor does it make sense. Do check my mail in sometime and let's take it from there so we get to a closure. Hence, please find my email and act accordingly.
