I booked tickets from vistara through a online broker and after cancellation they don't refund my money
Hello as per the civil aviation guidelines if you cancel a air ticket within 24 hrs of the booking no charges will be deducted provided the departure was not within 7 days from date of booking. In case the travel date is less than 7 days from booking airline may charge cancellation fee limited to base fare and fuel surcharge
