How to sue my college for negligence ?

31-Dec-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I have done my MBA graduation and got placed in financially unstable company ( which I wasn't aware of while joining) . I worked there for just 3months, with a revised salary within 3months ( reducing it to half) during my 6months probation period, by blaming on my performance( an excuse to chuck us out of the company) My former company made delay in payments and was didn't pay my last month salary also. So I want to ask you if I can sue my college for negligence?

College is not responsible for your company salary. They will show you the existing opportunities which you are eligible and ask you to attend interview. You have attended interview and selected. The Offer you accepted and joined. So, do not make things difficult. Quit the job and search for another good job.

you can approach the nearest labour commissioner assistant of your office jurisdiction and can file a case for payment of wages and a case under minimum wages act for appropriate compensation and interest thereon

In the first place, you need to issue legal notice to your employer for due settlements and in case if your employer doesn't adhere to the legal notice your sue your employer for full and final settlement, you can as well send a legal notice to your college for such negligence
