How to submit additional documents & arguments in Consumer Court

15-Jul-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I am opposite party in District Consumer forum. Both sides have finished written and oral arguments, matter is posted for order. I want to submit additional documents and written arguments, u/s 151 CPC, in natural Justice. Complaitant objected, and prayed to court, not to take application on record and to discard. Court has posted for order on this application What is the merit, and what steps to be taken.

On a party satisfying the Court that
after exercise of due diligence that evidence was not within his knowledge or could not be produced at the time the party was leading evidence, the Court may permit leading of such evidence at a later stage on such terms as may appear to be just. So you approach the court with evidence with application.
