You can recover through legal action only. You require to prove your date of joining or appointment. Last date of working or resignation. PF deducted by employer can also be recovered. You will get interest also from the date of filing the case.

You can file a case in employment or labour court
This matter is outside the purview of consumer court as you are not a consumer
You can file a complaint with Labour Commissioner either online or through an advocate

Hello sir, I am pleased to inform you that you can recover your salary from your employer as per the labour laws. This matter can not be filled before the consumer Court as court has no jurisdiction for the matter. It will be great to discuss the matter on table.

Dear Salary,
the salary would come under the labour law and with this limited information no suggestion/advise could be given. Kindly furnish further details which pertains to your job i.e. nature of your job; are you still in the job?; what is your position?; etc.

If you have a contract..then a recovery suit lies against your employer. If not then you have to prove by salary slips/bank statements the receipt of past salaries and the non-receipt of the present one.

Are you still working in that company? You can make a representation to the company requesting the payment at earliest and if they fails to pay legal action shall be initiated and they may ask you a time gap and if then also they are not paying..move the court

Facts stated appears to be incomplete. What happened to the salary of the subsequent month. Has it been paid? Are you the only person who has not been paid? Anyhow, a complaint could be made to the concerned labour authority if you are a workman; or else, you need to initiate legal action by serving a Notice, preferably through an advocate.
