How to recover salary from company

I am working with a INTERIOR DESIGNG COMPANY since the last SIX months. But now my company is not giving my salary & incentives. All the time they are making excuses. I am really fed up of their false promises. Please help me with your valuable suggestions.

Well you can file a complaint with labour inspector for reconciliation proceedings against the Company. Where is your company based? According to that the complaint will have to be filed with labour office.
Before filing a complaint, you may also choose to issue a legal notice to give them final opportunity to pay. Please consult with all documents for further advice

Send them a legal notice regarding your claim. And then file for recovery. As you have not worked more than 240 days so u can't approach the labor court but claim against them via other legal aspects.

You have not mentioned in what capacity you are working in company.... .If your profession comes under the definition of labour then you can file a case in labour court.....
