You must have got a fee receipt please read the terms and conditions mentioned on it. If they have not given you receipt you must have filled up application form
Every institute used to have its own refund policy . Generally 2 to 3 classes are provided as demo or trial class and the student has an option either to continue or take the refund. If the institute does not consider your request you can take a legal action but in any case please read the terms and conditions

Sir, you can file a case at consumer court and not civil court..civil court will not be in a position to give you any relief as you fall under the definition of consumer as per Consumer Protection Act.The procedure of filing the consumer complaint is very easy.
You can file a consumer complaint with the district forum and file all the bills that has been given to you. In this manner you will be able to prove your case. You can also file a civil suit but a civil suit needs court fees to be filed alongwith the case. So it will be hindrance for you and further civil recovery suits take a very long duration of time therefore, a consumer complaint is suggested.
