Subject: Vardhman SNG PLAZA ,Greater noida. 1.0 Facts of the case…… 1.1 An open space Kiosk was booked at SNG PLAZA ,Greater noida at second floor measuring 138 sq feet and 10% booking amount of RS 1.11.400.00 was paid vide standard chartered bank cheque no 000252 dated 12.3.14.(ref doc 01 ) 1.2 As per mail dated 27.3.14 from Mr Krishan Kant Gupta ,Asst sales Manager ,details were received in writing (ref doc 02) 1.3 Further an amount of Rs 4,66,260.00 Was paid vide standard chartered bank cheque no 000258 dated 15.5.14 1.4 Vide mail dated 29.10.14 ,request was made to urgently make BBA (BUILDER BUYER AGGREMENT )and send PDC for 50 % amount already paid (Ref doc no 05) 1.5 A meeting was done with MS SONIKA ,THE SENIOR PERSON on 31.1.15 at the main offce at SNG VARDHMAN TECHNOBUILD PRIVATE LIMITED ,401-414 ,4TH FLOOR ,C BLOCK ,PLOT NO 58,SHAHPURI TIRATH SINGH TOWER,JANAK PURI NEW DELHI 110058.(ref doc 06) 1.6 Subsequently a no of mails have been sent to m/s vardhman as a foll
You have various remedies with you both in civil law and in criminal law.
You can approach the police or EOW cell. I have done this against various builders of repute and have simultaneously filed consumer complaint against them in the consumer.court. All this will pressurize them and they will have to take action
