How to handle a complaint against bank

I have taken a personal loan from a bank. I have an email confirmation from the bank stating the emi will start from 4th May. But the bank in question has submitted my check on 8th April and the check got bounced. Now the bank is forcing me to pay the EMI now which am not prepared for as I cannot afford 2 EMI s in one shot. moreover am getting continuous call from yes Bank to pay bank the EMI

My dear friend,
You have a very good case and opportunity to teach this bank a lesson and get proper compensation for the injury and damage he has caused, but you need to be technivae very sound and correct.Do meet at our office as our senior Legal consultant .OfC : Adv pankaj Kumar & associate

Please send an notice by way of EMAIL and also by way of Registered Post Intimating them of their EMI Scheme and also annex a copy of their intimation letter with regard to the commencing of the EMI scheme. If they failed to repay provide best service then you can go for consumer case.
