Dear sir,how to get the compensation order amount of a victim after the appeal time period as my lawyer not responding .how long will take and what may be expected if I prefer other lawyer
Did order passed in your case by considering the compensation amount. Confirm that same first to know the answer ? If case is still pending before court and your advocate is not responding means contact your advocate and take a NOC from him if he don't have any justifiable reasons. Engage other advocate to take care of your case.
