How to get refund from the Investment company

In Feb I invested in QNET, which operates in India as Vihaan. The sad part is that a friend I know for many years, got me into this. Out of trust I invested. When I asked her questions about the business,she did not give me any details,not even company name.iwas told to keep the money ready.At the meeting, my friend introduced me to another lady from Bombay explained the details to me and said that it was the earning potential of 5 crores a year and that it is an ecommerce business,however later I found out it is MLM,where I need to get others to invest.My friend told me to trust her and that we can make lot of money from this business. Recently I saw that everywhere online there is info about this being bad business.1) The investment I made is for a hotel package howevr I was never told that there is maintenance fee every time I stay in d hotels 2) I was made to sign a document where some of the clauses,however I was told that if don't sign, I can't make money. How can I get refund?
