You can either apply for certified copy(s) of the order sheet(s) that you require by making the official payment as advised by the relevant district forum's registry.
In the alternative, you can file an application for inspection of the court file pertaining to your case and thereafter inspect the court file and note down the contents of every order relevant to you.

Application would have to be allowed by the Forum.
And there may be a requirement of paying requisite fees by way of postal order.
The above process would be required if an order copy came and it's misplaced
If it's not received then the shall be made available to u FOC
