How to get order of Consumer court executed

In 2013 i filed a case in Consumer Forum, against the Electricity Department for reform of false bill which was generated by the Electricity Department on Sep'11 ( following that i wrote to all authorities of electricity department several times but i hadn't got resolution till 2013). I also add a compensation claim for suffering of my business due to waste of time in going to electricity officials. The court denied the compensation but orderd the Electricity Department to correct the bill and don't add the intersest. This decision was made by Consumer Court in Mar'15. But after 2 years of that my bill has not been correced. What steps should be taken?
