How to get documents to get mediclaim amount

Hi Good day, To get the mediclaim from insurance company, they asked me to submit MLC and ICP so i visited hospital to get required document but hospital refused to give it to me (the patient) and they asked insurance people to directly come and collect the documents in the hospital. Then i requested insurance company to visit the hospital regarding this. Now Hospital again refused to give documents to Insurance person also who visited the hospital directly as hospital demanded. When i came to know this from insurance company, immediately i called hospital person but he refused to talk to me and disconnected the call saying that" if you want directly come and talk to me in the hospital". Pls help me to get the documents to get mediclaim amount ( 58K)

please file a consumer complaint against the hospital. It is true that the Insurance company Representative have the authority to collect the document. It is the duty of the hospital to give all details of your bills. Please issue a notice to the hospital and direct them to furnish the document to the Insurance Company representative.

What is the designation of that hospital person, complain about his unprofessional conduct to the hospital higher authority. Check about the procedure to get the documents at hospital staff whoever who is concerned other than the person whom you have asked.
