How to file case against a seller from quicker for broken phone

i have purchase second hand mobile from quikr. when i open the box i found crack on display. mobile is in warranty when contact with seller she told that display is already broken. Now i refund but she refuse it . I want file case against her. Seller is in delhi but mobile delivered to me in mumbai.
Yes you can file case in the concern jurisdiction consumer dispute redressal forrum, for which Delhi as well as mumbai court both have jurisdiction to entertain your complaint. after receiving reply from the seller you may either ask to change the mobile phone or may ask for compensation.

yes can file in mumbai. lot of cases against quikr for such issues. i already have 3 cases which are all won . just keep all the proofs and documents so that we can show our bonafides before the hon'ble court.
