How to file a Consumer case against a rental company

Hello, i want an advice on how to file a case against the services provided by a rental company. Kindly advise how to take this forward.
You can directly file a complaint against that company in the consumer court. And mention all address of that company if known. No matter that company is rental or own premises. But only check that the jurisdiction of place there company situated.

Which type of rental company? well you have two option either you can approach civil cort or consumer forum
If you have an agreement then you can file a suit in civil court if any other issue that they are not providing you proper services you can also file a complaint in consumer forum
