How to enforce order of national consumer commission

Order Pending since last three years awaiting compliance of the Honorable national consumer commissions orders by greater Noida authority
If you've been given as award under the order passed by the commission and the said amount is due to you from the Authority, move an application to the commission under section 25 (3). The commission under this provision shall issue a certificate for recovery.

In order to ensure the Compliance of the Order of the Hon'ble NCDRC, you are required to file execution petition before the Hon'ble NCDRC which would be executed in the same manner as the decree of the court.
