How to deal with TV stolen in transit by packer and mover

i have booked my household items along with Car on 25April 2017 from Bangalore to Mumbai. Consignment number LR-539 (thats what they wrote atop all boxes ) When the things were delivered here in Mumbai on 1st May 2017. Few things were damaged and few things were missing of which my 32" Samsung TV has also been missing since then. I have been trying to talk to your branch office since then in order to get the lost item back. Mumbai branch says they have not received the TV from Bangalore. And Bangalore branch is not responding properly. I am tired of following up with your Branch team. Need a solution here. Nobody is willing to give me the Head office number as well.
It is prudent to issue either a notice yourself or through a lawyer about deficiency in service. Please keep pamphlet and bill of packers properly. Send notice through registered post with acknowledgement.
