How to claim an order placed online after canceling the another one

I placed an order on 1st June on Amazon. I received the text of successfully placed order and the payment made online through net banking. After placing order, for next 2 days they sent me few texts of order cancellation and then on 3rd June I contacted amazon via chat. They assured me that the order has been placed successfully and you'll receive it on the promised delivery date. I've the chat transcript of that day. On the 4th June I received another text saying that your order has been cancelled and I contacted them again on 5th June and they told me that you order has been cancelled. I asked them the reason, they told me that it was cancelled due to quantity issue. Actually, I Placed the two orders on that day. I cancelled the another and placed the another order on the same day. Can I claim on this ?
Query is no clear. Which order you cancelled, for which u have gave paid, for which you have record of chating and what is your grievance. You gave paid-item not received or amount paid but order cancelled
