How to claim against reimbursement of medical expenses from hospital

In 2012 my father went into 'angioplasty' i.e., insertion of stents, as news reports suggest that the cardiologist and hospital collected abruptly i.e., 85% more on cost and shared commission on the price of stents can we sue hospital and the concerned doctor for reimbursement of the same.
Yes, very much. you can file a case against the hospital for charging bills of high amount and can claim compensation. The case should be file in Consumer forum.
