How can i redeem points which got expired and cannot retrieve back

Since 2007 we are regular customers from mediplus. We have purchased medicines from and not accepted any discount and added the respective points in our account. Now they are saying that our points are expired and cannot retrieve back.They are saying they have sent message but we did't got any message from them regarding expire of the points.

This will be treated as customer negligence, you have to responsible for what you have got and have, in this regards the store people will show all evidences regarding your points balances and expiration you would have ask when you shop and redeem before expiration.

If mediplus is adamant in their approach and if you think what they are saying is incorrect and they are taking you for a ride and if you are having enough evidence to prove them wrong, file a complaint in the jurisdictional consumer forum for deficiency of service against them. Also claim compensation from mediplus for the mental harassment you had to endure due to their deficient services.
