How can I recover my fees from institute

i have started a Red hat + cloud computing course from IIHT punjabi bagh. They had taken fee in advance. They have only provided some class after that trainer left without any prior notice. After that institute is not providing any trainer. They are saying take 50% fees back but the course even not completed 30% of my aggregate course. so please help me what i can do about this situation.
First we can send a legal notice to the IIHT Punjabi Bagh of your claim and damages and it should get settle down with the legal notice itself, but if they are adamant and rigid in their approach, we hold every right to file case against them in Hon'ble Consumer Court and Criminal complaint too for forgery and cheating.

First of all you must see refund policy of the institute. alternatively you may ask for proportionate refund considering the duration of the course. if nothing works then you may approach consumer court for your along with compensation and lwgal expenses.
