How can I get my money back from an Institute I withdrew my admission

I had paid an amount of 11000 to an institute as a fee towards admission and examination for entrance. now the institution is not paying me back the amount and saying as i dint deposit all my documents they will not pay me the money. what action can i take against them
There are certain instances where the college/institute is bound to return/refund the fees but not in all cases. You need to inform all the details to me to advice you properly. Also at what stage you asked for the refund of the money. The first legal course of action would be to send them a legal notice. Inform us the details and we can take it up.
