How can I get my money back cheated provided false services

I came to delhi from another state to do the course.They had told me for the placement assistance and hostel with food for Rs.4500.When I came delhi I came to know there is no hostel for girls and their manager kept me in the costly pg of Rs.10000 per month without food and that manager also did provide any placement assistance.That manager always used to annoy me for the fees.Even course was not perfectly taught to me.I had paid Rs.19500 for laptop repairing course and Rs.10000 for mobile repairing course and Rs.10000 per month without food for two months and Rs.4800 for tiffin.I want my money back.
