How can i file a case against tv programs

Am Srikanth from Chennai., Am completed BE., Now pursuing LLB Chennai. I want to file case against some Tv channel serials, Because so many serials are makeup the Police & legal laws are joker like unskilled officers., It's insult whole Indian Government and constitutional of India. And file the case against Tv channel Program, especially "Nijamgal" from sun TV and "sol vadhellam unmai" from Zee Tamil channel. This two programs are Destroying so many families because the conduct programs like Katta Panchayat in front of Camera., They are insults Courts, laws and Human rights., After insult the Family members are in front of Camera, how they live happily and peacefully!!!!
you can approach high court through PIL, unless and until the affected family come forward to share your views i doubt the out come such PILs. So try to convince the affected family and get try for the same.
