Home Interior not completed on time and poor customer service

23-Sep-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
My home Interior project is not delivered even 10 days after what was said. Moreover there is no clarity when they will deliver it. They keep extending the time. Customer service is equally pathetic. They will say that they will get back but no one calls or revert. Can I file a case against them?

If you have entered into an agreement with the interior developer and if they have failed to adhere to deadline given by them then you can surely file a case for deficiency in service under consumer protection act in consumer court.... Which will be cost effective and speedy remedy for you...secondly you can also seek for damages.. Firstly send a legal notice to the concerned interior designer

1. is there agreement legally bounded between parties?

2. you may issue legal notice for non compliance of the terms and conditions.

3. if the issue still not resolved then you may approach consumer court.
