Hidden Charges on personal loan by bank after i tried cancelling loan

I applied personal load at yes bank. The sales executive said the charge is only 999.00/-. Also have processed my 4 year tenure to 5 year. Insurance charges and other charges were added in the final deduction. Bank is also supporting to that sales and not giving solution. While I tried to cancel the loan, they are adding all the charge whichever not communicated earlier.
have you read the term and conditions of the loan application thoroughly by yourself ? If not you must have read. Such charges must have been stated in the application. If not only then we may take action against them, with mere lack of knowledge/understanding. Book an appointment to an advocate carry your loan documents and get some help.
