Harassment from Matrimony customer service what to do.

Hello, I am on I am unable to look at marriage proposals for the same. I requested Community Matrimony and its affiliates to not call me for subscription renewal for the same. They keep harrasing me during my religious days and when i say that I would like to complain further they just laugh at me and say even if I go legal it is just a fun trip for them as many attempted to file a case earlier and no one can do anything. I tried to locate their director number using the company CIN and DIN on MCA.gov.in but could not locate information on the same. Please suggest.
Write a mail to the official mail address/authorized person of the matrimonial site explaining the harassment you have faced because of them.
See what they revert.
You can also send a legal notice to the matrimonial site explaining the harassment you have faced because of them, asking for monetary compensation and apology for their act .
If they don't revert in positive , file a consumer complaint in the appropriate consumer forum of your jurisdiction.
