Goods not supplied by manufacturer

We started a business on Amazon and gave order worth RS 85000 on 7th March 2019. Till now we have received only 45000 RS worth of goods and that too after numerous calls even to owner. Now since order was placed for summer clothing ,the season is over now. The person who is point of contact said they have stooped making summer clothing and are asking me to order for winters. They denied to refund money. Manufacturer is from another city Kolkata. How can I recover my money? Kindly help
We can start by shooting a strongly worded Legal Notice to the manufacturer. A clear cut message must be sent across. If even after the notice the manufacturer fails to pay, a summary suit for recovery of money may be filed in the appropriate Court. Further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion.

It is a case of breach by the other party, in as much as, they have failed to complete the work within a reasonable period. There act must of caused losses to you too, because of delay and because of goods going off-season. You should claim the pending about as also damages.
