Gave money for booking ticket but no ticket was booked

I want to say sir that I wanted a ticket from delhi ti gorakhpur, so I message on a group any body doing bus booking at 50% off.a guy replied and he talk with me so nicely, that I trusted him.he booked my ticket and I also given the money 3210 rs to him.after getting the money he removed me from the group and frauding me that ticket will come on mail. Check the mail like this he was saying.then I confirm my booking from red bus that my booking has not been done.then I asked for returning the money then he is refusing. Please help me I am very much worried.i am a student and 3210 rs is very mch
