Gave advance for flat but now on cancelling no money is returned.

I was planning to by a flat. I paid some amount as advance but now i am not wiling to go forward with the purchase. When i asked for the refund, the person is not providing the same. What action can i take in such situation?
Dear Sir, you have to issued a legal notice for cancellation of agreement/transactions and claim for refund the money which you have paid already to them/company, it is the only way to get your money in back in legally, if you want my legal service I will do it.

Yes. You can every right to get refund. Issue legal notice to refund the advance paid to purchase the flat giving time to refund. If he didn't respond then you can file a suit for recovery of money with cost
