Friend sold her kidney now hospital is not clearing dues

My friend had agreed to sell off her kidney due to financial crisis and hence signed the invoices and completed all the documentations to new life hospital, she even had paid 2500 for enrollment and remittance of 5600 by which they promised to release the first 20% of the fund. After all the completion of documentation, agreement and remittance charges her payment is still pending leaving her in a bad situation moreover she hasnt got any responses since 7 days. So if there is any way we can make it right I request you to suggest me the proper solution. Thank you.
you should immidiately sue the hospital and bring this case forward so that your friend can be compensate and moreover please do your duty towards the society so that nothing like happens to anyone else.

Organ donation is good but donating it for money, that Sound something puzzled. But before such void deal I think all necessary papers work must have been signed by both the parties. I think understand a very rare and emergency circumstances your friend must have made such a life at stake deal to sell her kidney.
To get faster response..writean appeal to medical council of India, file a complaint under Crpc with your nearest police station immediately against the hospital .kindly now demand double the amount as agreed upon in the agreement. The hospital have back tracked in it's commitment.
