Fraudulent change in Minutes of meeting in company

18-Nov-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
The secretary and treasurer of my society are heavy defaulter ie: they had not paid maintenance of many years. Recently they distributed copy of minutes of our last AGM and to our surprise the minutes contains 1 point as follows " as discussed in the agm the interest is to be waived off for all the members whose maintenance is due" as discussed and approved in the agm by all the society members. on the very first place neither it was discussed or approved by any member in the agm. He fraudulently added this point in the minutes for his own benefit. Also all the members has signed the attendance sheet which he attached to the minutes saying here is the proof of all the members approving to the minutes. kindly suggest what action can be taken against him.

Is it co-op society or apartment? if its society then you have to write a letter to them as you do not agree with the said resolution. THEN YOU CAN ALSO WRITE TO THE REGISTRAR OF CO-OP SOCIETY IN YOUR AREA. IF NOTHING WORKS THEN HIRE A LOCAL LAWYER WHO WILL HELP YOU.

Contest the final point and blow the whistle that a fraudulent activity has taken place and immediately call a meeting to clarify the issue. If wrong action proved then let him be removed from the position.
