DEar Sir,

There are certain queries that we would have on this issue. We need to know if there is anything on record to show that these payments were made by you. It could be an e-mail or phone messages. However, irrespective of the same this is a clear case of fraud and you should intimate the showroom immediately and also issue a notice to the showroom stating your concerns. Further, you have the right to institute a criminal complaint and also a a consumer case making the showroom and the sales person a party. We would require more details to advice a detailed course of action.Warm regards,

Joseph Koshy
