Fraud by Country Club what action can I take

Hi Sir, I m from Faridabad, being cheated by Country club for INR 72,000.Sales executive made false promises and told us to give it in writing in next 2 working days, this being marketing offer. Later he stopped answering calls, next day I captured the audio where he stated those promises of free trip. I have been fighting with company, but they are not giving any solution. Today I came to know that there are more than 1000 cases against them and they are use to that. Kindly advice on this...
You must immediately get an FIR registered against them for cheating, fraud, etc. You could also approach the consumer Court in addition to pursuing a criminal case against them in order to recover your money and get compensation for the harassment.
