Foreign object in sealed food product wants to sue them

My question is can i sue a well know food chain for the presence of foreign object in sealed packed food item that i bought few days back.
Yes if the date is not expired of the sealed product and the product’s seal is yet to be broken and you should instead of asking this question should have filed the matter as you are entitled to compensation... if you want us to file contact us through lawrato.... a discussion over the fee structure or sharing of the compensation is needed between us....

Dear Friend, you can sue any service provider provided your i.e. consumer's right is infringed. Whether the service provided is well known or not doesn't matter. There are n no. of consumers who fight for their cases themselves in consumer forum against big brands. The main thing is the mind set!!
