Flat has been cancelled by builder but till no refund received

I have booked a flat 3 BHK Noida Extension June 2010 the total flat cost is 28lakhs. I have paid June 2011 7.5 Lakhs. The Builder Tower -18 construction not yet stated 2013, but they have started sending demand letter. When I asked to builder. Why are u asking demand letter till now construction not started as per payment plan when bankable. Builder do not have right to raise the demand letter. After that they send continue demand letter and legal notice and builder canceled my flat March 2013 but till now I do not receive the 7.5lakh my paid amount. Please advise what i have to do?
You should be file a consumer complaints in consumer Court against the builder necessary. You can file Criminal complaint also.
Builder is liable for paid deposit amount with interest and compensation.

Dear owner kindly lock a customer complain regarding the payment of the same to the grievance cell of the builder , take a receipt of the copy and file a consumer complain in the consumer forum and ask for immediate resolution of the same as there are lot of cases that are happening due to the delay in the project. kindly consult a lawyer in case you are unable to approach the same

Dear sir,
What i can gather from your complaibt is that builder has cancelled your booking and not refunded your amount I.e. Rs. 7.5. lakhs.
You are are required send them them a legal notice for recovery of amount of RS. 7.5. lacs.
