Finance co asking extra money to return my bike rc card what to do

i have take 18000 rupees finance on my 2 wheelor RC card from meher sai finance company which are head branch of khairatabad sub branch in chowtuppal . but still i paid 29000 to them within 15 months but they are asking extra money( 6000 ) to return it my bike rc card how can i take legal action and how can i file the case on that company . PLZ REPLY

Send a legal notice through a lawyer to the finance company and demand them to return the 2 wheeler RC and settle the issue and further instruct them not to complicate the issue any further. If they return back your RC fine. If not, file a complaint in the Nampally District Consumer Forum and proceed with the case. Feel free to contact me if you need any help from me with the case.
