Faulty AC delivered company claiming it to be normal what to do

I bought AC on 2nd April and since then 3 times gas has been refilled and now its 4th time again that it has no gas. AC people are saying to fill it again 4th time and saying its normal. Please advise what can be done?

You can send a legal notice asking the company to replace the air conditioner and seeking compensation. If the company does not respond even after legal notice, you can file a consumer complaint regarding the same.

You can file a consumer complaint on the issue to change the Ac along with compensation as the good sold to you is defective, before that you can also write a mail to the company or send legal notice for your demands
