False promises made by holiday company while giving membership

I purchased magic holidays membership in 2013 for Rs-146068/-,as i was convinced with the facilities they were providing (virtually but not in reality).They took 10% advance & told me to pay further by your own as per your convenience & i will not be charged any interest on the membership amount if i pay the amount in 4 years but in reality they charged 16% interest 4yrs emi.They didn't told me the procedure of paying the balance amount & i keep on paying them through cash & credit card.As i didn't know that they already charged 16%.They keep increasing Amc amount every year without notice.
