False Promise maid by country club

Hi Sir, I m from Hyderabad, Plan soled to us by Country club for INR 65,000.Sales executive made false promises and told us incomplete information, this being marketing offer as given a promises there is Zero % interest on Axis credit card for EMI's but they are charging nearly 5% on every month informed many time but no response or any solution . Later he stopped answering calls. I have been fighting with company, but they are not giving any solution. Today I came to know that there are more than 1000 cases against them and they are use to that. Kindly advice on this...
