Also they are getting rude his time and i am having conversation on Whats app as a proof. Please guide whether i should sue that play school owner? If yes than what is the maximum time for justice? Also i need refund which they are now refusing with compensation.

You can take them to Consumer Court for deficiency in services. There is also an element of Criminal offence so we can try getting a Criminal Complaint registered against them. There is no maximum time for justice but in my opinion you should file a strong case against them and than opt for out of court settlement.

Dear Client.
You can directly approach to consumer forum for redressal. Also, before filing a complaint you can issue a legal notice to the school giving all the details of poor services demanding refund and compensation. General time consumed for decision of case in Supreme court is 6 months

Dear Sir

Thank you for your email with query.

You can definitely file a case for fraud and cheating against the play school. It is difficult to advice you on the time the court will take to decide your case. It generally depends on how quick response you get from the other side and of course the availability of the court

Hope this has helped you to decided your course of action but should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact.

Kind Regards

You can file a case in consumer court. Please keep all their advertisements/ promises made in any other form, fee receipts in respect of the fees paid by you. Proof of deficiencies in not fulfilling their promises will also be required. Approximate time to be taken can be estimated only after seeing all the papers.
