False allegation by dell customer support and blocked my service

It been 1 yr. for the matter which is that i have bought dell laptop 2yrs ago and after about 8 months there is damage to my laptop and there is accidental warranty by dell and they repaired my laptop then after about 2 months later it again damage and when i again called their customer care they said that i have beaten up their employee in city BALIA in UP ( sincerely i have not even heard or see that city ) and for that they have blocked my service forever i argue them to prove and asked them to give that employee no. so that to resolve the confusion but they ignore me. please help me.
Dear Owner as i can understand that this case is regarding the Dell Laptop service issue which according to you is closure of your services from dell side stating the reason as a misbehaved with client and service guys , i would like tell you that as its a matter that has to be resolved from either your side or company side but since they have mentioned the same as stated by you in above case hence i would request you to engage a lawyer and let them approach the company service team and file a customer complaint against the service cell of the company.

Campany ke khilaf consumer court mai mukkadma darj karo. Aaj tak jitni bhi complaint ki hai sab ke referance number tha service.kis kis time karwahi hai sab ki details apne record mai update karo. Jis ne aap ke sath badtamize ki hai us ke khilaf police station mai camplaint karo

There is definitely deficiency of service on the part of the Company and therefore you can approach the Consumer forum. However you'll have to elaborate as to from where you have bought the Laptop and whether any complaint had been filed against you.
