False advertisement by builder what action can I take

I purchased a commercial office space relying on the brochure issued by the builder promising , swimming pool, cafeteria, musical fountain, wifi, intercom facility for each unit, but nothing has been provided,but none of these things are mentioned in the sale agreement, how to proceed against the builder pl. advise. I am pursing this matter from last ten years without any success
A brouchure is also a promise of agreement unless the same is denied to be part of agreement specifically. You can sue the builder in Consumer forum within 2 years of agreement or payment of consideration which ever is earlier. You can seek for refund of money paid or for providing the said facilities and services with damages.

I am surprised that you are following the matter in the last ten years without any success. Consumer court is the propert forum for refund of the money, compensation and mental agony. If you think that the advocate is not doing a good job change him and see you may get results.
