Fake product,cheap quality,bad service, fraud website

Hello I had ordered a dress from clothing heart.I had Worst shopping experience.The dress is damaged and the quality is very cheap.They have delivered the defective product.None of the things mentioned on the website is being followed.The quality is very cheap and it is completely different from the picture provided. The website says we need to mail their email ID which is [email protected] for returns before 48 hours of delivery. And they would contact us within 72 hours. I have mailed them as soon as I received the product.Its been a week and still there is no response for my mail and messages till now. The contact number (09265641005) provided in the website says switched off whenever we call. I have even sent a message on their Facebook page. But there is no response.It has been looting many people the same way. I would be glad if you could help me out. Thank you

Send a formal notice to the company/brand along with a copy of the clothing heart and mentioned all the earlier correspondence date and sought replacement of material. In the said notice you also claim damages if they failed to return the materials.

In the said notice give them 15 days time to comply your demand. If not, you file a complaint before the consumer forum.
